The Details of Non stick Adhesive Tape
Non-stick adhesive tape made by PTFE is a kind of self-adhesive tape, which can resist higher heat compared to normal adhesive tape. The basic material is PTFE coated fabric which provides good release property on the surface. Due to its 100% nonstick feature, we need to etch one side with a special process, then apply pressure-sensitive silicone or acrylic adhesive on it, the adhesive will be tightly bonded on the basic fiberglass, and do not remain on the machines. Silicone adhesive withstands higher temperature up to 360℃ and can be long time use under 260℃; Acrylic adhesive tape resists temperature max to 150℃. The main application of our PTFE non-stick adhesive tape is for mold release during high heat tape with a yellow release liner on the back is normally in the width of 1000mm or 1250mm, length can be 30m, 33m or 50m.
