The Details of Blue Adhesive Backed PTFE Tape
Adhesive-backed PTFE tape is made of PTFE coated fiberglass backed with pressure-sensitive silicone adhesive. The material provides excellent release surface, high temperature and chemical resistant property, it can resist temperature up to 260℃. The backing silicone adhesive is pressure sensitive silicone adhesive imported from Dow Corning from the USA which offers high stickiness during high temperature while no residual on the machine when peeling off.

The Specifications of Blue Adhesive Backed PTFE Tape
- Width
Our standard width of PTFE adhesive tape is 1000mm (39”) and 1250mm(49”), we can cut any width according to the customer’s request. - Length
Normal length is 10m, 30m, 33m(36yards), 50m. Any other length can be cut. - Thickness range
We provide adhesive backed PTFE tape with thickness from 0.08mm-0.30mm (3mil-12mil), this is total thickness include basic fiberglass and backing adhesive.
