Detail of PTFE Coated Fiberglass Tape
PTFE coated fiberglass tape in the thickness of 5mil is made of PTFE fabric as basic material, etching one side to apply silicone adhesive on it. 5mil PTFE coated tape is the most popular tape for mold release during high heat, basic fiberglass tape coated with PTFE offers excellent tear and wear resistance and silicone adhesive provides strong adhesion under high heat max to 260℃. 5mil PTFE self-adhesive tape with a yellow release liner on the back is normally in the width of 1000mm or 1250mm, length can be 30m, 33m or 50m.
