PTFE belt made of PTFE fiberglass fabric provides a nonstick surface, widely used to transport soft polymeric materials in the expansion process. The belt resists all chemicals, thus polymeric has no chemical reaction with the belt and will not stick on the belt.
Latex Mattress Vulcanizing
The latex is foamed and poured into a mold when it is in liquid form, the mold is then closed up and placed on a conveyor belt and moved on the conveyor belt into a vulcanization oven, PTFE fiberglass fabric has a 100% nonstick surface and withstands temperature up to 500F, ideal used to make conveyor belt used in this vulcanizing oven.
