The Details of PTFE Coating Glass Fiber Cloth
PTFE coating glass fiber cloth is made of twisted thick fiberglass fabric coated with PTFE resin. Durable fiberglass fabric provides high tensile strength and PTFE coating offers high temperature resistant and nonstick surface. Typical application of 0.8mm white PTFE glass fiber is for carpet curing, surface of this material has heavy texture pattern which will impact on the carpet tile backing to create dimpled effect on it.

In automotive industry: PTFE coated glass cloth offers 100% nonstick surface and heating resistance, ideal as release sheet for compression moulding, press forming and thermal lamination of various lightweight and high strength interior automotive components. The fabric helps to protect the reusable moulds from molten substrates and ensure easy release.
For vulcanizing process of Latex Mattress
The latex is foamed and poured into a mold when it is in liquid form, the mold is then closed up and placed on a conveyor belt and moved on the conveyor belt into a vulcanization oven, PTFE fiberglass fabric has 100% nonstick surface and withstand temperature up to 500F, ideal used to make conveyor belt used in this vulcanizing oven.
