10mil Black PTFE Sheet

10mil Black PTFE sheet, specially treated to be with anti-static surface, widely for fusing presses.

Black PTFE cloth is made from woven fiberglass cloth coated with specially formulated PTFE coating by adding additives to reduce static build up on the surface. PTFE cloth provides non-stick surface under low and high temperature from -100° to +500° F , basic fiberglass fabric is light weight and strong, it has a low coefficient of thermal expansion and relatively high thermal conductivity, all these properties makes it ideal to be made into conveyor belt for fusing presses.

10mil Black PTFE sheet is mainly used in garment industry for fusing presses, normally fusing machine belt is a kind of seamless PTFE belt, the belt is specially weaved to be seamless, then coated with PTFE on both sides, seamless belt is always customized, has much higher strength and will not leave any mark on garments’ surface during fusing process, thus coat is relatively higher. If customer prefer to save cost, or maybe the fusing machine need bigger belt which width more than 2000mm and length more than 12m, then 10mil Black PTFE sheet may help, the material is with high tensile strength, nonstick surface, heat resistance, and treated by adding special additives to eliminate static build up on the surface, Mutiflon will use this material to make conveyor belt by connecting two ends with an overlap joint, our 14mil black PTFE fabric is also used in this industry.
