The Details of 10mil PTFE Coated Fiberglass
PTFE Coated Fiberglass in thickness of 10mil is coated with specially formulated PTFE coating to dissipate surface buildup. Basically substrates with woven fiberglass fabric which offers high tensile strength and tear resistance. With PTFE coating, the material is nonstick and chemical resistant under wide temperature range between-73-260 ℃(-100-500℉) and in the meantime provide good heat transfer. Max width of 10mil PTFE coated fabrics can reach to 2800mm, perfect to used as release sheet for heat press machine or made into conveyor belt for curing machine, laminating machine and baking oven.

The Application of 10mil PTFE Coated Fiberglass
In solar industry for PV panel laminating- PTFE coated fabrics is used as release sheet or nonstick conveyor belt during Photovoltaic (PV) module lamination for a smooth and defect free finish surface and large output because the fabric offers excellent release solution and superior temperature resistance.


In solar industry as tabber stringer belt to transport solar panels during welding lines is also available, we can make the belt seamless or laminated, hole lines are accurately customized according to drawings.
In automotive industry for thermal lamination – Some car component part is laminated by substrates, molten polymers and adhesives, thus the environment of thermal lamination process is sticky, PTFE coated fabrics in thickness of 10mil is smooth and nonstick, great as release conveyor belt to carry these materials for laminating, surface of the final products will also be smooth.


In paper industry – Made into PTFE belts for tissue paper packaging, this belt is always with tracking studs customized along the edge of belts, the tracking studs will help belt running smooth and in center. One machine may need a pair sealer belts to seal two sides of tissue package at the same time, the belt is nonstick and high temperature resistance, it will prevent melted plastic films from building up on the belt surface.
