PTFE conveyor belt is made by PTFE mesh in brown color or black color, our type 6001 is in brown color with fiberglass mesh size 1mm x 1mm. PTFE conveyor combine the mechanical properties of woven fiberglass with the excellent non-stick and chemical resistance properties of PTFE coating. The material provides strong tensile strength, temperature resistant to 600℉and no-stick surface. Open mesh hole allows airflow to pass through and increase removal of moisture to improve drying. PTFE conveyor can be customized into various sizes with different joints and edge reinforcement. Main applications of PTFE conveyor belt is for textile, screen printing drying and shrink film
